GrepBit is a software and IT company in Pepsicola, Kathmandu. We build websites, mobile apps, business software and AI tools, and we set up and look after the servers, networks and email they depend on.

    Questions people ask first

Something else on your mind? Ask us directly.

Can you take over a website or system someone else built?

Yes. We start by assessing the code, servers and accounts, fix anything urgent, and then maintain it like our own work.

Do you build apps for both Android and iOS?

Yes, either as separate native apps or from one cross-platform codebase, and we handle publishing to the Play Store and App Store.

Can an AI assistant work without sending our documents to an outside company?

Yes. Language models can run on your own servers, so internal documents never leave your network.

    Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. Confidential projects run under NDA, and only the people working on them get access.

Can you host our website and email?

Yes. We register domains and host websites and business email, or take over the hosting you already have and look after it.

Can you set up business email on our own domain?

Yes, including moving old mail across and configuring SPF, DKIM and DMARC so messages reach the inbox.

What do you need from us to give a quote?

A few lines on what exists today, what you need, who will use it and any deadline. The contact form asks for exactly that.

    How is pricing decided?

It depends on scope. You get a written quote after we understand the brief, and no work starts until you agree to it.

Do you stay involved after launch?

If you want us to. Maintenance covers updates, backups, monitoring and fixes, and it works the same for systems we didn’t build.
